We welcome you to www.emiratesbiofarm.com an ecommerce website owned by Emirates Bio Farm LLC a fully licensed trading company governed under the laws of the UAE. Kindly read the following terms and conditions highlighted below and by accepting these terms and conditions, and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. When you place an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these updated terms and conditions.

Ordering:

Acceptance of Orders: All orders submitted through our website are confirmed by e-mail. No order should accepted without this confirmation. Due to our main business being, selling fresh harvest all orders are fulfilled subject to availability on the day of dispatch and we shall communicate with you to either replace any missing item or in some cases remove it from your order and amend the invoice accordingly.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations within 24hrs of your delivery.

Delivery and shipping:

Free delivery for all orders above 200 Dhs.

Method of Payments

Online payment:

You are now able to pay online for your purchases: We accept payment online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. 

When you opt to make an online payment for your purchases, you will only be charged for the items which will be delivered. We make every effort to guarantee the accuracy of availability on our website but should there be any missing items we will communicate with you to replace them or provide credit on your account in the balance amount. 

"If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection".

Vouchers

Online vouchers are valid only for the duration and according to the terms specified on the voucher. We reserve the right to reject or remove any voucher applied with fraudulent/abusive intentions.

 

Return policy

Refund policy: If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a replacement item or full refund in the form of credit along with any shipping fees applied. Verification of the state of the items should be done at time of delivery and due to the perishable nature of our products no returns can be claimed after receiving your order. Refund Policy

Event tickets terms and conditions:

EBF does not offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased. An experience once purchased results in us not accepting other reservations due to our commitment to fulfill your reservation.Should you wish to change the ticket date, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability and within a 48 hours notice. We will look at alternative dates, but confirmation will be based on availability only.Bookings are transferrable. Should you prefer to transfer your ticket, you need to advise us and furnish all details prior to the event.Any bookings purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.In case of a no show, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please note that arriving late may result in missing part of your experience.

EBF reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.No food or drinks purchased outside are permitted inside the farm.The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet EBF's requirements and standards. We encourage you to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

 

Terms and conditions for Farm tours and Visitors

 

 

  • All guests must pay for tickets prior to the farm tour.
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by management
  • Emirates Bio Farm reserves the right to change admission prices at any time.
  • Complimentary Passes are for one person only unless stated otherwise by management.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times during your visit.
  • Children should only be allowed to use play equipment under the supervision or a responsible adult.
  • Emirates bio farm reserves the right to refuse admission to any of our facilities at any time.
  • Emirates Bio Farm reserves the right to remove any guest behaving in a manner that may cause injury, distress or impact the safety of other guests and staff of Emirates Bio Farm.
  • Climbing on gates or fences will not be tolerated.
  • Emirates Bio Farm reserves the right to close part or all of the farm at any time due to maintenance, upgrades, weather, etc. without notice.
  • Emirates Bio Farm will have no liability for travel expenses or any other out-of-pocket expenses in respect to closure of all of the farm.
  • Pets are permitted on the farm. As long as they pose no threat and are kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant 
  • Any outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited at the farm.
  • Accidents or Incidents must be reported to a member of staff immediately.

 

Emirates Bio Farm is will not accept any liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the farm however so incurred.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
