Where is the farm located?

The farm is Located in Al Shuwaib exactly half the way between Dubai and Al Ain (Exit 55, 70km from Dubai).

We are open from 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Kindly always check our socials and purchase your ticket online to ensure access.

Do I need to buy ticket online?

Yes please buy your ticket online to gaurantee access to the farm.

What does the restaurant serve?

the restaurant is a farm to table sustainable concept so the menu is not fixed and depends on harvest. Expect a family friendly earthy selection of all day breakfast, salads and appetizers and daily dishes and desserts to satisfy all tastes.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed at the visitor centre but not the fields for food safety reasons.

Why is harvesting not allowed?

To avoid damage to crops and waste

Do you do private events ?

Yes we do kindly provide your contact details and our team will get back to you or you can directly reach events@emiratesbiofarm.com

What type of animals are at the farm?

Chickens and goats are our main animals and we are adding more soon.

Do you do tours?

We do private tours on weekdays for corporate/private and school bookings.

Why no tractor ride?

Due to larger volume of guests and other safety concerns, we are now a self guided open space to allow everyone to experience the farm at their own pace.

Do you offer discount for people of determination?

People of determination get free access to the farm provided they show POD Card.

Can I get food from outside to the farm?

Any outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited at the farm.

Can I refund my Ticket or reschedule?

EBF does not offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased. An experience once purchased results in us not accepting other reservations due to our commitment to fulfill your reservation.Should you wish to change the ticket date, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability and within a 48 hours notice. We will look at alternative dates, but confirmation will be based on availability only.Bookings are transferrable. Should you prefer to transfer your ticket, you need to advise us and furnish all details prior to the event.Any bookings purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.In case of a no show, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please note that arriving late may result in missing part of your experience
